When a parent receives the news that their child has cancer, they are so overwhelmed they hear very little else that is said during the conversation.  The purpose of these kits is to provide these parents with some tools to help them gain some control (even if it is perceived) over their lives and face their new reality.

As of December, 2018, the Kit will now also include                Be Dreamy pillow mist and Be Sunny

body balm.  Patients and family members can spray this "organic goodness & aromatherapy

joy" on  their pillowcases to help relieve stress and anxiety; easing one into restful sleep or

state of relaxation.  Be Sunny body balm, also made with all organic ingredients, can be used

to gently calm and soothe troubled skin  Both products have been donated by Lissette Monzon,

owner of Lilly Be - Organic, and are a welcome addition to the Kits.  Thank you Lisette!!!

Kits are currently being distributed at Nicklaus Children's Hospital, Baptist Health/Miami Cancer Institute, UM Sylvester/Holtz Children’s Hospital, Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital and The Salah Foundation Children's Hospital at Broward Health. Each kit costs over $125 and there are almost 200 newly diagnosed children a year across these hospitals. Please consider sponsoring an entire kit by clicking here.  Or check out our Wish List and do a collection for any or all of the items through your school or office.
