Sofia’s Hope 9th Annual Wine & Cheese online auction event was held from April 27 thru May 1. Thanks to all who participated whether via online auction and/or virtual wine appreciation class as well as to all who donated with a special shout out to all of our amazing sponsors!! Because of YOU we were able to raise over $35,000 in support of our year-long family and educational programs and Sofia’s Hope, Inc. annual research grant to the University at Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences to continue their work in pediatric cardio-oncology.
On Thursday, April 28th, HOPE sponsors participated in virtual wine appreciation class, hosted by Wines for Humanity. Participants learned a lot about the three bottles of wine delivered to their homes from connoisseur Dana Lee Csutoros/Senior Wine Advisor, PLUS so much more about wine tasting in general. A Happy Hour from the comfort of your home!
